There is truth in the fact that two people can look at the same thing and see something completely different, I often find this is the case with change.

For some people change is energising, motivating and life affirming, for others change is frightening, painful and feared. However, if we keep doing the same things, limiting our opportunity to explore the world and our place within it, in so doing, we fail to achieve our full potential, dulling the sunrise in our lives.

No matter how you perceive it, the thing about change is that it’s going to happen and there’s nothing you can do to stop it, but how you deal with it is completely within your control. It’s not an easy process and it can be a daunting journey on your own.

This is where Making Waves Coaching can support you. It will assist with bringing control and structure into your life to help you prepare for or manage change, whether it is foreseen or unexpected.

This service will provide you with a safe space to explore feelings and emotions, whilst generating important conversations to provide clarity and focus. Often when people think about change, they worry about what they feel they may lose as opposed to what they may gain. The power of coaching is that it helps with reframing this mindset, enabling you to ask yourself those ‘what if?’ questions in a positive light.

It is very rare for progress to take place without change. Once we had typewriters and now we use touchscreen laptops, we used to queue for hours in supermarkets but now we don’t even need to leave our sofas to have groceries delivered to our doors. Remember having to find 10p for the phone box? In the future it is unlikely that we will need to sit a driving test to become car owners as driverless cars become a possibility. Change is constant, and change is possible.

Making Waves Coaching will provide you with the tools and techniques needed to help you break free from your comfort zone shackles, so when your sun rises you are ready and equipped for your new dawn.

“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new”
